Miss Greek - Delt's Annual Philanthropy

Miss Greek 2010
For the past five years, our chapter of Delta Tau Delta has organized the "Miss Greek Pageant" at the University of Florida. The event is held annually (in the spring) at the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
Each sorority on campus elects one contestant to represent them in Miss Greek. The pageant includes a personality walk, talent performance, and philanthropic address. Contestants are scored by a panel of hand-picked judges which include UF faculty members, Student Government officials, and even UF football players.
All proceeds from this event go to benefit the American Cancer Society. Since Miss Greek was first started four years ago, our chapter has raised over $74,000 with the help of the sororities who participate.
